Review Time
I was a little hesitant to order online at first but realised how much cheaper it was from buying fish in a store, obviously you have risk of loosing some fish during transit but i was really pleased that the packaging was very professional full polystyrene box with a heat pack, all the fish have survived the first day of introducing them into the tank, the only negative thing i would say is the angelfish i ordered 4 out of the 6 had signs of bruising around the gills, but i imagine this was caused during transit and is unavoidable, hopefully they recover in the coming days.
Dead on arrival! I have ordered once from this company and won't ever again. My order was a big order cost a lot of money. The order got to our place at 8.20 pm about 7 hours late a dx driver had bought them saying thay might be DOA as it's Late . And left. My partner opened one box there were 2 the Smell was so bad my daughter left the room . Every fish frog and crab was dead in the bags.. when I told them and sent photos I was Abused and told I was liying thay sent the wrong crab as proved in my photo. That was DOA in the bag .lison all you nice fish lovers out there thay offer a live guarantee etc.. please DON'T BYE YOUR FISH FROGS AND CRABS ECT From this company thay are rude thay are liyers with NO regard for the creatures you pay for no regard for life thay lie al the time I had 2 bags of DOA And thay won't refund our mouny my son and daugter are so upset my 4 year old is still crying at night because of what she saw and smellt. Thay are RUDE ABUSIVE AND LIY ALL THE TIME THAY ASKED ME TO SEND PHOTOS IN TWICE SAYING THE PHOTOS HAD DISAPPEARED I HAVE THE SCREEN SHOTS ON MY PHONE
To prove this .In all honesty thay should be closed down .Thay Are not Fit to run a business that deals with live creatures. ... PLEASE DONT BYE ANY THING FROM THEM IF YOU VALUE LIFE AND YOUR MOUNY.. I orderd my very first order on Monday I have been keeping fish since 1978 a long time. So I no every thing about tropical and marine fish. My order got to me around 4.pm so late I orderd some African cichlids x 10. and avacado.puffers x 5 very expensive fish all the puffers were dead on Arrival also 1 cichlid . . Thay offer a perfect health promise . Im afraid not so . I want all my mouny refunded . I phoned and a man sead send in photos of dead fish. I did as asked. But no money refunded I'm a pensioner who is disabled I think this is really not good enough iv been robbed of all my pension I saved up for the fish . I hate it when fish die it's wicked. I hate liars . I would advise people not to use the people because you won't get ur money refund and your fish will probably die in transit................ PS I hope that don't under write this review if thay do it will be Liys thay do that to make out that are in the right. Horrible people Just don't buy from them please.! Liyers.

Received my order on time and well packaged on opening fish looked very healthy but sorry to say once i got into my tank 1 was not well i took it bk out give it a little while put bk in but it died it was not swimming properly looked like it had swim bladder others are doing ok up to now
The past 18 months I have spent a good few thousand pounds stocking my fish room. The customer service is always good, the fish are of good quality and healthy, and they are delivered well. I believe, or get the feeling, they have a high turnover, which is why they can price them well.However, the reason I only give 4 stars is that I have had the same recurring problem with cross-contamination (bacteria or similar) with the same species of fish. Even though they have all come from the same seller/shop, each time I lose about 20% of the new order, and about 20% of the established same species fish.The first time it happened was when stocking a discus grow-out tank. I stocked it with about 10 fish a week, only to have their “new shipment” fish make my previous fish sick and go black, while all the other species in the same tank were fine. lost about 30%.It happened again with angelfish I bought over several months, they was all doing really well 18 of them, then added 5 more, only for all of them getting sick, for no apparent reason. lost all but 1. it has just done the same when mixing Corydoras catfish. I had 40 cheap reds fattening up over the past few months, doing really well. As soon as I put 15 different types of Corydoras in the same tank, within 24 hours they start dying of for no reason whatsoever, so i believe the fish of today are just to sterile, and cant cope with each others species bacteria. been keeping fish closes to 50 years now, Hench my fish room for breeding my own stock.
