They requested a video demonstrating the item’s failure to process my return, which is not standard practice and not mentioned in their return policy. Now, they are unresponsive to my emails, and I still have the defective sight. I won't be returning as a customer. A tip for others: assess companies by how they resolve issues, not just by prices or shipping speed. Ignoring customers and imposing unreasonable return conditions for an item that arrived broken is unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend purchasing optics from them due to poor quality control and customer service. You feel like just a number, and when it comes to returns, you are certainly not a priority.
