I bought a red dot sight that arrived non-functional. Over the past two years, I've spent more than $2800 with them, making me a loyal customer, though not their biggest. They requested a video demonstrating the item’s failure to process my return, which is not standard practice and not mentioned in their return policy. Now, they are unresponsive to my emails, and I still have the defective sight. I won't be returning as a customer. A tip for others: assess companies by how they resolve issues, not just by prices or shipping speed. Ignoring customers and imposing unreasonable return conditions for an item that arrived broken is unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend purchasing optics from them due to poor quality control and customer service. You feel like just a number, and when it comes to returns, you are certainly not a priority.

I ordered a firearm at a great price and was initially convinced the service was reliable based on reviews. However, I was informed two days later that my order was canceled due to fraud indicators, despite having no issues with my card in years. I received an email suggesting I could reorder, which I did, and they reassured me it would not be canceled again. Unfortunately, it was canceled again. I strongly advise against doing business with this seller! They advertise price matching but then claim every authorized dealer is 'blacklisted' without defining what that means. After being told they would match a price, I followed up the next day only to be told they wouldn't.

While away, unauthorized charges appeared on my account from various locations in North Carolina. I canceled my card, and the bank is investigating, but all the charges were near their business, where I last used the card. I reached out to them about this identity theft incident, but they seem uninterested. I advise shopping elsewhere for safety.
