Due to the lack of progress on my claim, my tenants are in a precarious situation, and my property risks further damage. Attempting to complain officially has been futile; they promise acknowledgment within two days with a named investigator and a formal response within 15 days. I only received acknowledgment after 20 days, with no name for the investigator, no formal reply, and no update on my legal claim. Please avoid this company!
