Stay away from any insurance policy with legal cover from the company! After more than 18 months, they have only sent two letters. Claims are managed by overwhelmed juniors who miss deadlines. Due to the lack of progress on my claim, my tenants are in a precarious situation, and my property risks further damage. Attempting to complain officially has been futile; they promise acknowledgment within two days with a named investigator and a formal response within 15 days. I only received acknowledgment after 20 days, with no name for the investigator, no formal reply, and no update on my legal claim. Please avoid this company!
