I’ve been following up on a parcel for the last four days and keep getting the same generic response: “It’s in transit.” In transit from where? No one can tell me.
Every single day I’ve been told the parcel will be delivered today — and every single day it hasn’t arrived. There is zero accountability or transparency.
To make it worse, I ordered another parcel from the same online store few days ago and it was delivered within three working days via NZ Post. Meanwhile, Aramex has been holding my parcel longer than that with no clear explanation.
I’ve now made a formal complaint to the online store and advised them to stop using Aramex altogether. I would strongly recommend others do the same if they value reliable delivery and honest communication.
