Unsure if Amarmex is trying to be the absolute worst courier service in NZ or whether it is a skill that comes naturally. Their agents are mostly very abrupt or terse to say the least. They seem to completely disregard delivery or pick up instructions (You had one job!!!) and communication is a farce. Best bet. Anyone else.

Aramax are the worse courier service I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with.
Not only have they lost my parcel but have lied on multiple occasions. Telling me the parcel had been delivered, then telling me it was at the depot because the driver couldn't find my address. Asking for delivery instructions and my address multiple times. Then telling me my parcel had been delivered again and signed off by some random person I don't even know.
I have asked them on multiple occasions to be honest and own up to their stuff up but it's just lies upon lies.
In my opinion Aramax should be shut down. They are a fraudulent company!

P.S Aramax. Don't reply to this with one of your pointless "thank you for your feedback" messages because I know and you know it's just rubbish.

I’ve been following up on a parcel for the last four days and keep getting the same generic response

I’ve been following up on a parcel for the last four days and keep getting the same generic response: “It’s in transit.” In transit from where? No one can tell me.

Every single day I’ve been told the parcel will be delivered today — and every single day it hasn’t arrived. There is zero accountability or transparency.

To make it worse, I ordered another parcel from the same online store few days ago and it was delivered within three working days via NZ Post. Meanwhile, Aramex has been holding my parcel longer than that with no clear explanation.

I’ve now made a formal complaint to the online store and advised them to stop using Aramex altogether. I would strongly recommend others do the same if they value reliable delivery and honest communication.

Company accepted to move freight from Christchurch to the Manawatu even asking for more as I live 2.4km from Longburn, then telling me they are unable to deliver to rural addresses, email me saying I have to collect as longer than 1.5mtr.. no phone calls from them only email saying returning to sender.. as for them relying to review, it only Word, nothing makes up for there poor service. They should shut up shop as a courier company, blame another for not delivery.. no phone calls they sent item back to seller..

Extremely disappointing experience with the service.

This experience has been very frustrating. I selected the company believing their service was dependable, but the delays and poor communication have led me to reconsider using their services in the future. There was just one letter incorrect in my address, yet they are charging Rs 1000 for it, and I still have no updates about my parcel. The service has been very disappointing; I would advise against using them.

My parcel is missing again!

This is the second instance of a missing parcel within a month. The first one was marked as delivered, but I haven't received it. I've reached out for updates but have heard nothing. Now, my second parcel is also unaccounted for. It feels like there's a delivery issue.

Delivery delays were extremely frustrating

It took an incredibly long time to deliver a package that was picked up from less than 20 km away. The package was held for 18 days. It was reported out for delivery three times, but twice it was later indicated as being at the local depot.

Frustrating Experience with Delivery

I ordered an item that cleared customs on December 1st, but I'm being told it might still be with customs even though it shows as in transit from Auckland to Gisborne. I placed another order the next day, and it's been stuck in the courier van since 9:45 AM; it's now nearly 4 PM, and I'm still waiting! Dealing with this company has been a nightmare, and the support team never answers their phone! It's a complete mess.

Absolutely unacceptable service

It's hard to believe how poor the service is. I ordered a pair of earpods five days ago, and they only arrived today. Despite reaching out via email and phone, the delivery team didn't even bother to knock on my door. They simply left my package in the mailbox. I would not recommend this service at all. I'm truly disappointed.

During a season of caution...

During a season when we’re advised to be vigilant due to increased parcel theft, it's disappointing to see my package crammed into my mailbox by the courier, despite it being too large and clearly visible. The doorstep, which another service consistently finds without issue, is just a short distance away. I really wish companies offered options for delivery services; I'd even be willing to pay extra! I've previously heard a courier toss my parcel at my door and once found one left in my yard. No issues with other delivery services.
