This is the most appalling service I have ever experienced. They failed to deliver after assuring me they would, without any notification; every time I reach out, I wait a long time, and then they ignore my questions, providing vague and irrelevant responses. Before I can seek clarification, they shut down the request, forcing me to start over. Utterly disappointing service. What a farce.
