I've been waiting for a parcel since November 11th, and it finally reached this unreliable courier service. Since December 20th, it's been a frustrating back-and-forth. They promised delivery yesterday, but it didn't happen. When I reached out, they said it would be today, and now they're claiming it will be tomorrow... This company is a mess, with slow response times and indifferent customer support.
This is the most shocking service I have come across in my life. They failed to deliver after promising they would, without any notification; every time I contact them, I wait ages, then they don't listen or answer my questions, providing vague and unrelated answers. Before I can seek clarification, they shut down the request, forcing me to start over. Utterly pathetic service. What a joke.

Their Store-to-door service is a total failure, much like the parent company. I purchased an item, followed the instructions, scanned the QR code, and received confirmation messages, yet they have no record of my documents. When I tried to reach their support line, I was put on hold for an eternity. What a hopeless and incompetent organization this is. The long wait indicates many others face similar issues. It's better to use alternative services. What a waste! Stay away from this company.

These items can be easily purchased over the counter at local stores. I had to keep communicating with their representative, who inundated me with emails. When I inquired about my tea, the fee had increased significantly. After a long wait on hold, I received vague explanations. The lack of professionalism and efficiency is astonishing. I didn't choose this service; it was assigned to me. Yet, I am left dealing with time wasters.
Unacceptable service from this courier. I dropped off a parcel well before the cut-off time, containing crucial documents needed urgently. They advertise same-day collection, but when I tracked my parcel, it hadn't even been collected. I contacted customer service to retrieve it, but was told it wasn't possible. After requesting urgent escalation, I was informed a third-party agent would collect it, but delivery wasn't guaranteed. I was even told to go wait at the drop-off location myself. This is unprofessional service. I cannot recommend this courier for urgent deliveries.
My shipment was initiated on 30/09/2025, and after six working days, I still do not have my parcel, which I need by Friday. It's incredibly difficult to reach anyone for assistance. I've always relied on this service, but I fear this will be my last experience. The new system is not functioning, and I even struggle to access my app!
