This service is incredibly disappointing; I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, not even my worst enemy. It's simply a waste of time. I regret that someone sent me a package through this courier, as it has been in transit for five days. I've given up and purchased the same item elsewhere, which was delivered promptly while this one remains stuck. What a waste! This company should just shut down.
