The service from this courier is appalling. My parcel has been stuck at customs for over four weeks, and I have been trying to get an invoice to pay the customs fine. Emails go unanswered, and when I manage to call, I only receive excuses. The staff seem indifferent and unmotivated. This is by far the worst courier experience I've had. If you value your time, opt for a more professional service instead.
