Company not to be trusted with parcels. Tried to trace my parcel but no feedback as to where my parcel is. Phoned, watsapped, nothing. Al they say is they will escalate delivery or bring it under attention of management. They refuse to accept any responsibility for package. So when they lose it, well tough luck. You lose your money.
