At it once again. A company that should NOT be use for courier services.Dishonesty is clearly their policy! At 15:20 I received an email stating “sorry we missed you” that an attempt was made at delivering my parcel…. NO phone calls were made to my cellphone, NO phone calls were made at the gate of my complex notifying me that there was a delivery for me, indicating that they DID NOT even go to my complex. On the site when my purchased had been placed and processed, it stated that estimated delivery would be the 12th July. 29th June, I receive an email that my parcel was on its way and 30th an sms received that it was out for delivery, so arrangements were made that there would be someone to take delivery of the parcel. It is an inconvenience and flat out frustrating when this sort of service is “provided”.
