I've been waiting for a parcel since November 11th, and it finally reached this unreliable courier service. Since December 20th, it's been a frustrating back-and-forth. They promised delivery yesterday, but it didn't happen. When I reached out, they said it would be today, and now they're claiming it will be tomorrow...
