You call yourself an express courier service but it still takes 8 days to get a parcel from Brisbane to Picton in NSW.
You picked my parcel up on the 20th and I got it today I'm pretty sure a fit person could have done it quicker on a bloody pushbike.
The really worrying part is that you don't seem to give a shit about how bad your service is.
In future before I make an online purchase I'll be asking who they use as their courier and if it's Aramax I'll be going elsewhere, very poor service.
