Oh my god! The service is horrible. I wish there was a better word to express it further. The customer service agent just hung up on me when I asked for the location of my parcel. I do have proof of that conversation that happened!
Update: 6/2/2026 I call the customer service number and a female answers the call not even telling her name lol. I tell her that we have been chasing the parcel since 29th of Jan and have been requesting a depot collection and she lies to my face that no request for depot collection is made. I have proof of request via chat and call recordings. Lies to a customer? And thinks she can getaway with it?
