Disappointing Experience with Delayed Order

I placed an order for a sweater 10 days prior to an important business event in November, even adding a scarf to qualify for free express shipping (which was supposed to take about 1-2 days). Unfortunately, my order did not arrive in time for the event, forcing me to find an alternative sweater at the last minute on my day off. I reached out for assistance and a refund via email, but received no response. Their online refund process was also ineffective, as my order had not been processed even ONE MONTH later. Now, nearly TWO MONTHS later, my order has finally arrived, yet there has still been no reply to my inquiries. I’m giving 2 stars because I genuinely liked their sweaters and had previously recommended them to family and friends, but I can no longer do so after this frustrating experience.
