For example it would type in extra letters or put them in backwards.i asked the chat for help it said someone would contact me but no one did.i kept trying but finally just put in my order and then emailed asking for my discount and the answer was no. Unmatched Quality Even in Extreme Cold!

The quality is truly exceptional! Living in Ontario, Canada, with temperatures dropping to -27°C today, I find that my usual turtleneck and heavyweight wool sweater are just barely enough for the chill of -15°C. I adore the natural sheep scent and the softness they offer! The shipping is quick, and I enjoy receiving updates until it arrives in Toronto. It's remarkable how a sweater can make its way across the globe to my doorstep in just a week! The only downside to my beloved wool garments is the summer; I have to go nearly four months without wearing them.

Complete fraud.

This is a complete fraud. I placed an order for a sweater two months ago, and it hasn't arrived. They sent an email stating it was shipped but refused to give a tracking number as proof, and now they are ignoring my messages.

Beautiful sweater, but unfortunately too large. I attempted to exchange it but had no success (trying to avoid the $25 return fee plus shipping for a replacement). I followed the return instructions but never received a return label after sending four emails. I also left two messages in the chat. There has been no response in over three weeks. Very disappointing customer service. I started this process on December 25, and today is January 9, 2026.

Disappointing Experience with Delayed Order

I placed an order for a sweater 10 days prior to an important business event in November, even adding a scarf to qualify for free express shipping (which was supposed to take about 1-2 days). Unfortunately, my order did not arrive in time for the event, forcing me to find an alternative sweater at the last minute on my day off. I reached out for assistance and a refund via email, but received no response. Their online refund process was also ineffective, as my order had not been processed even ONE MONTH later. Now, nearly TWO MONTHS later, my order has finally arrived, yet there has still been no reply to my inquiries. I’m giving 2 stars because I genuinely liked their sweaters and had previously recommended them to family and friends, but I can no longer do so after this frustrating experience.
