Avoid this bank if you are an international client! I reached out to schedule a mortgage meeting only to be turned down because they couldn't serve me in English. I received an email stating, "We unfortunately cannot hold a meeting in English, only in the local language. Please let us know if you are still interested." Their internal communication needs improvement, as this is simply untrue.
