Steer clear of this bank! It has one of the worst customer services. Two months ago, I switched my banking from another institution to this one and had the worst experience, prompting me to consider changing banks again. I tried to transfer money recently, and after several failed attempts, they deducted the amounts from my account without prior notice. I also encountered issues with the ATM, which ate my card due to insufficient funds. The bank’s response was unhelpful. I regret switching to this bank and plan to return to my previous one, where I had no issues in seven years.
