I purchased an Audi A4 and faced problems with the rear window and steering. Now, the dealership is charging £150 per hour for diagnostics, needing two hours. The warranty does not cover these issues, rendering it practically useless. I selected this dealership based on positive feedback, but I am genuinely disappointed and did not expect this from a large establishment. I will not return unless these issues are resolved.
