I purchased an Audi A4 and ran into issues with the rear window and steering. The dealership is demanding £150 per hour for diagnostics, requiring two hours. The warranty doesn't cover these issues, making it virtually worthless. I chose this dealership based on positive reviews, but I am truly disappointed and did not expect such service from a well-known establishment. I will reconsider buying from here unless these issues are resolved.

After leaving initial feedback about my poor experience, I was advised to contact a representative for assistance. I had to keep following up, and despite my efforts, the customer support team ultimately denied my request for help. I have encountered ongoing issues with my vehicle, and after paying a significant amount, I feel let down. I've now escalated my concerns to an ombudsman as I believe the vehicle is essentially worthless.
Fantastic service from the whole team! If it weren't for one representative, I might not have started the process of changing my vehicle. Another team member helped finalize the deal, and another was excellent at managing my paperwork. Great teamwork!
