The location in Georgetown, Texas, has been a huge letdown, especially since we own another branch in Ohio and worry about the company's overall reputation. We’ve visited three times, and during our last visit, we ended up throwing away half our meal because it was cold and inedible. The staff was pushy and rude, and the floors were dirty, making it uncomfortable to walk. Despite liking the brand enough to invest in one, we see no reason to return to this Georgetown location with so many other choices available.
