Went to Arby's drive thru. 2 ahead of us in line. We waited, called out and waited some more. Son finally placed order on line. Drive to window, no one there. A girl finally saw us. Was totally unaware anyone was in line (3-4 cars). Gave us our drinks, said order not ready, told us they'd bring order out. Parked. Waited another 8s min, finally had to go in and wait some more to get our order.
Done a online order for 3 classic beef an cheddar an a steakhouse brisket sandwich the food was ice cold i had to wait in my order.the steakhouse brisket sandwich was not brisket all fat from a pig.the classic beef and cheddar had maybe 1 slice of meat on it. SORRY FOOD WILL NEVER ORDER FROM BOAZ ARBY'S EVER.

The cleanliness was also an issue; the floors were sticky, causing a snapping sound with every step. We really wanted to like this location, especially since we chose to invest in a franchise, but given the numerous dining options in Georgetown, there's no reason to return to this particular establishment.

I visited this location in Big Springs, Texas, and have had the wrong orders three times now. Today, I didn't receive the classic I ordered, and the dip sauce lid was barely on, causing a mess in the bag. Living 80 miles away, I didn't realize the order was incorrect until I was already 20 miles out. I was really looking forward to this meal, but now I'm hesitant to return.
The wait time was outrageous. I went through the drive-thru with a coupon for a $6 meal but was charged $12 instead. On a previous visit, my order was incorrect, and I had to wait for it to be fixed. My sandwich looked and tasted like it was from the previous day. The drive-thru attendant needs to rethink her career choice.
Whenever a good promotion appears, I find myself unable to order online. I can't redeem my birthday offer because the website won't accept my payment methods. I keep getting an 'Error with Payment Method' message. I love the food and staff, but I'm considering closing my account due to these ongoing website problems.
