The local fast food establishment in Georgetown, Texas, has been a major letdown, especially since we own another location in Ohio and have concerns about the overall quality of the company. We've visited this location three times, and during our last visit, we ended up discarding half of our meal because it was cold and inedible. The staff was not accommodating, and their attitude was demanding and rude, which has been consistent across all our visits. The cleanliness was also an issue; the floors were sticky, causing a snapping sound with every step. We really wanted to like this location, especially since we chose to invest in a franchise, but given the numerous dining options in Georgetown, there's no reason to return to this particular establishment.
