AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! Unfortunately, I made the mistake of purchasing from them. I received a machine in mid-December, but didn't open it until Christmas Eve since it was a gift for my son. When I plugged it in, the screen was blank. I checked everything before contacting the support team, who promised to get back to me that day, but no one did. My son woke up on Christmas morning to a non-working machine, which was heartbreaking. On Christmas Day, I received a call from a representative who said he could fix the issue, but I reminded him that I had been promised contact the day before, which didn’t happen. I informed them I would be returning the faulty machine. I drove 9 hours round trip to return it personally to ensure they received it. I was assured I would get my refund upon return, but it has yet to be processed. I've emailed the support team multiple times, but I haven't received any responses.
