AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! Unfortunately, I made the mistake of purchasing from them. I had a machine delivered in mid-December but didn’t open it until Christmas Eve, as it was a gift for my 11-year-old son. When I plugged it in, the screen was blank. I performed all the necessary checks before contacting the support team, who promised someone would reach out that day to solve the issue, but no one did. My son woke up on Christmas morning to a non-functioning machine, which was devastating for him. I received a call at 1 PM on Christmas Day from a representative who said he could fix the issue, but I reminded him that the company had promised to contact me the day before and failed to do so. I informed him that the machine was broken and that I would be returning it. I emailed the support team to notify them of the return. I even made a 9-hour round trip to deliver the machine in person to ensure they couldn’t claim they hadn’t received it. I was told that my refund would be processed as soon as the machine was returned, but that hasn’t happened. I’ve reached out to a member of the support team multiple times, but there has been no response.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! Unfortunately, I made the mistake of purchasing from them. On Christmas Day, I received a call from a representative who said he could fix the issue, but I reminded him that I had been promised contact the day before, which didn’t happen. I informed them I would be returning the faulty machine. I drove 9 hours round trip to return it personally to ensure they received it. I was assured I would get my refund upon return, but it has yet to be processed. I've emailed the support team multiple times, but I haven't received any responses.

Excellent service and fantastic product

We made a last-minute decision to buy a Bartop machine close to Christmas. We reached out to the company to ask about delivery times. A representative responded personally on a Sunday, assuring us that the machine could be built and shipped in time for Christmas, with next day delivery available. The machine was shipped on the 22nd, but there was an issue with the delivery service. They mistakenly started the process of sending it back. The representative was quick to resolve the issue, and it arrived at our home on Christmas Eve. Throughout the process, communication was prompt, and we experienced excellent customer service. The product is outstanding and received a fantastic reaction on Christmas Day. It feels sturdy, and the buttons are very comfortable and responsive. It looks amazing, and all the games have been running perfectly.

Great customer service!

Last year, I received my arcade cabinet, which has provided me with countless hours of enjoyment. Recently, I contacted a representative because a bulb was flickering on one of the buttons. They promptly sent me a pack of replacement bulbs. Excellent communication! I would definitely recommend this service!

Overall, a positive experience. Delivery took a bit longer than anticipated, but that’s understandable given the time of year. My only complaint is that I had to reach out for updates, as there was no communication regarding the delay. The shipment was well-packaged, and I've been having a lot of fun with it so far!

Absolutely love my new machine!

I am absolutely thrilled with my new machine! I reached out to the company with a few questions, as I had been considering getting an arcade machine for some time. They were incredibly helpful and courteous, which gave me confidence, so I placed my order that same night. I’m so glad I did; they kept me updated on my order, and one of their staff personally delivered my cabinet, which was perfect due to my full-time job. The delivery person was very helpful and offered great advice on where to set it up. It took a few minutes to set up because I was admiring the artwork. Initially, the game list didn’t load, but after removing and reinserting the SD card, it worked flawlessly. I called the company the next day with a few questions, and they answered everything and even sent me a new SD card since I was having startup issues. The new card arrived quickly, even during the holiday season, and the issue was resolved. I have recommended this company to many friends and will definitely return for future purchases. Thank you to everyone involved!

Worth the wait!

Let’s keep in mind it’s December, and couriers are busy, so my classic arcade machine arrived a day late. I set it up, but only had sound with no screen. A phone call revealed the monitor lead hadn’t been installed. The staff were very apologetic and sent a replacement that arrived a day late as well. I ended up with two leads as a backup! This solved the issue, and the machine looked great, but I still couldn’t play anything as it was asking for a coin. I called again, and they guided me through the settings. Eureka! They even upgraded my machine to 5000 games! It took me back to my childhood in the arcades, and I’m discovering new games all the time. I absolutely love it! Despite a couple of delays and minor installation issues, the service was excellent. The staff clearly care and even followed up afterward to assist. Special thanks to a representative who sent helpful photos. I will definitely return!

Perfect experience!

The machine arrived just over three weeks after payment. Communication was excellent, the unit came exactly as advertised, plug-and-play, and easy to use. All the games are nostalgic and just as I remember from my childhood. Amazing!
