A representative responded personally on a Sunday, assuring us that the machine could be built and shipped in time for Christmas, with next day delivery available. The machine was shipped on the 22nd, but there was an issue with the delivery service. They mistakenly started the process of sending it back. The representative was quick to resolve the issue, and it arrived at our home on Christmas Eve. Throughout the process, communication was prompt, and we experienced excellent customer service. The product is outstanding and received a fantastic reaction on Christmas Day. It feels sturdy, and the buttons are very comfortable and responsive.
