I am absolutely thrilled with my new machine! I reached out to the company with a few questions, as I had been considering getting an arcade machine for some time. They were incredibly helpful and courteous, which gave me confidence, so I placed my order that same night. I’m so glad I did; they kept me updated on my order, and one of their staff personally delivered my cabinet, which was perfect due to my full-time job. The delivery person was very helpful and offered great advice on where to set it up. It took a few minutes to set up because I was admiring the artwork. Initially, the game list didn’t load, but after removing and reinserting the SD card, it worked flawlessly. I called the company the next day with a few questions, and they answered everything and even sent me a new SD card since I was having startup issues. The new card arrived quickly, even during the holiday season, and the issue was resolved. I have recommended this company to many friends and will definitely return for future purchases.
