I subscribed for nearly 4 years with no problems and then suddenly Arcadia stopped paying my bill to Central Maine Power. It is now three weeks past due. Apparently in Maine something changed this year, and Arcadia just stopped paying its bills. I have called, emailed, or "chat botted" every day for over a week and I get the same response, that someone will get back me within 48 hours but they never do. One rep even lied and told me they had paid my CMP bill and that it would be showing up on my account in a day or two. VERY Angry.
