Hey, I have been working with them as a freelancer for the past year or so and each time I withdrew my funds. They take ages to pay it eventho their tos says maximum time could be a week or two but its always around a month when I actually receive my money. There is only one person running the business (Ali), He has huge ego when freelancers complain too much about their delayed payments and ping him multiple times he constantly ignores them also tells people to wait for x days but when that day arrives there is no payouts he constantly makes excuses about this that and 50 different things rather then actually paying freelancers their money. He "cares" so much about his brand reputation that he rather ban anyone and everyone who complains about genuine problem rather than to actully address it. You can go around and ask any freelancer if they ever received their payout on time everyone will say no. You have to beg for your payment which you rightfully deserve and worked for even considering that the studio takes 15% off the amount and doesn't even provide things in time.The worst place you can ever work for I suggest both clients and freelancers to never work for this greedy guy who only thinks of himself. Shame on you ALI.
