Constant delays with payments, I waited about 42 days to receive the full amount of my order, management split the payments, why? I don't know. Management also responds with a huge delay when I contact them directly and feeds me promises. I have never encountered such carelessness from a service team, especially when it is SO popular, and I have been freelancing for 6 years. It's just a shame, I do not recommend working with them. In the second case, I waited 43 days to receive the entire amount in three installments.In the freelancer chat, I saw that other people also faced delays in payments, but there were also those who said, "Write to the manager and you will get your money" (I think these people did not have problems with delayed payments). I will not refer to longer responses to my messages in private conversations because I understand that people can be busy. But as a team member, I shouldn't have to deal with unexplained delays and fragmented payments; this is Ali's responsibility as a manager. Payments should have a clear structure and schedule, and should not exceed 7 days (without a truly objective reason). I have worked with many teams and this process has been perfectly streamlined, but Arcane Studios is far from that.
