Not sure what the other reviews are on about how the positive reviews would be "fake" but well, here we are. We were looking for a builder who could build us a map for a minecraft server, after looking around the internet for a while, we stumbled across arcanestudios. After joining their Discord, opening a ticket and discussing our ideas, we had to pay half the price of the commission for the freelancer to start working on it. I was a bit sceptical at first because I never used a professional team before and the ticket system was a bit overwhelming at first but I got the hang of it. The staff team was very supportive, helped us with problems that we had with a freelancer and even offered us a 30% discount for the inconveniences.After paying the other 50% once the map was finished, we got our map and even a free render. In the end I would definitely buy something from them again, great guys (and girls).
