Received my new TIG 200 on 11-18-2025. I emailed support on 11-21, but all I've received is frustration. It doesn't weld continuously. They requested a short video and said they could see the issue, but needed it in a different format for their engineers, which I don’t know how to provide. I asked them to forward it, but have received no reply. NEVER AGAIN, NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT.
