This company is terrible at customer communication. I have been trying to get clarity on an order for more than three days now and am having no joy. All the numbers on their website just rings or goes to voicemail, the whatsapp contact stays unanswered and even though I paid already the order status has not changed. this feels a lot like a SCAM.
