The platform’s policy also did not cover damaged items. I tried contacting them again regarding the supposed refund, but my messages went unanswered. The company's communication was frustratingly inadequate, and there were no updates on the courier claim. This situation dragged on for over two months. In an effort to salvage the extensions, I washed them with professional products, but they remained tangled and patchy. When I reported this, they denied responsibility and blocked me on social media.
