Having lost £8000, the advice and guidelines I've received have been incredibly helpful. So far, the service has been the only one to instill hope in me for possibly recovering some, if not all, of my funds. I truly appreciate it. As a woman, I feel quite let down and targeted. It's hard to believe that a garage in Newmarket only offered a one-month warranty and didn't provide a proper receipt, as confirmed by both an inspector and the repair shop handling my car. They also indicated I needed a reconditioned engine due to ongoing issues with the vehicle I purchased. After returning it three times, the problems persist. I sincerely hope anyone reading this can offer assistance. I've financed both the car and repairs through my bank card. Thank you.
