I received a letter before action letter from my landlord’s solicitor last November. There was a 7 day deadline. I was referred to Arc by my insurer, Lemonade.
I did not get any legal advice until after the 7 day deadline had passed. When it did come through it was clear that Arc were not interested in an issue which for them was trivial. I have since been in a ping pong of emails with Arc who still don’t seem to understand the basis of my claim and have ignored key pieces of evidence.
I am extremely satisfied with the service I received. It was prompt, efficient, and dependable. The representative took the time to patiently address my complex legal issue and offered all the necessary guidance to help me make an informed choice. Outstanding service overall. Having lost £8000, the advice and guidelines I've received have been incredibly helpful. It's hard to believe that a garage in Newmarket only offered a one-month warranty and didn't provide a proper receipt, as confirmed by both an inspector and the repair shop handling my car. They also indicated I needed a reconditioned engine due to ongoing issues with the vehicle I purchased. After returning it three times, the problems persist. The only area for improvement might be the speed of the information provided, as I was able to keep up, but just barely.
