Important repair details were hidden behind a link, and I was shocked to find a large, unsightly patch on the jacket, making it unwearable. When I contacted customer support for a refund, my concerns were dismissed. The main customer service team also couldn't help, stating that the program manages its own orders. It's unacceptable for a premium brand to sell such misrepresented products and ignore customer issues. I advise others to avoid this program to save time and money.
