Package marked as delivered, but never received.

I had a package that was marked as delivered but was never actually given to me. It was left in a public area of my building and subsequently went missing. Despite clearly explaining the situation multiple times, the company refused to accept responsibility and kept directing me to the carrier.
What’s particularly frustrating is that the company claims shipments are insured, yet this coverage seems to vanish when problems arise. Instead of assisting the customer, the process became unnecessarily slow, challenging, and exasperating.
I am still waiting for a replacement or refund, out €50, and now without a Christmas gift to give. For a premium brand, I anticipated a much more professional and customer-oriented approach to handling delivery issues.

Terrible support and unreliable warranty

The customer service is extremely disappointing, and the warranty is even worse, as the company fails to uphold its product promises. Prices have surged, while the quality has deteriorated significantly. I cannot recommend this service and would advise against making a purchase due to their unhelpful attitude.

There was no offer for an alternative color, no comparable options, and no effort to honor the promotional price I had secured. This was disappointing for several reasons: • A holiday order should not be canceled due to poor inventory management.
• A premium brand should strive to provide alternatives.
• This was a rare chance to buy at a discount.
• Customer service offered no meaningful help or options. The disconnect between the brand's reputation and this experience was notable. For a company selling high-end products, reliability is essential. I expected much more. I will be rethinking future purchases, and I hope this review assists others in making a well-informed choice.

Joggers Review

Though a bit pricey and taking time to arrive, the quality of the joggers is impressive. The fabric feels great, and while they are slightly oversized, I prefer that fit. They don’t stain easily and wash well. After a month of wear, I am quite satisfied, although I still believe the price could be lower. I plan to check back for discounts in the future.
