I had a package that was marked as delivered but was never actually given to me. It was left in a public area of my building and subsequently went missing. Despite clearly explaining the situation multiple times, the company refused to accept responsibility and kept directing me to the carrier.
What’s particularly frustrating is that the company claims shipments are insured, yet this coverage seems to vanish when problems arise. Instead of assisting the customer, the process became unnecessarily slow, challenging, and exasperating.
I am still waiting for a replacement or refund, out €50, and now without a Christmas gift to give. For a premium brand, I anticipated a much more professional and customer-oriented approach to handling delivery issues.
