I am beyond disappointed. As a long-time supporter of Arc'teryx, this recent experience has been a complete nightmare. First, the product quality is appalling. For a piece of technical gear costing over $3000 AUD, the durability and craftsmanship are worse than budget brands. The price-to-quality ratio is now officially a joke.
Even worse than the product is the trash customer service. The staff are unprofessional, dismissive, and frankly, arrogant. Throughout this entire ordeal, there has been zero proactive communication. They have shown absolutely no empathy for the issues I’ve faced and have consistently avoided taking responsibility. Instead of offering solutions, they hide behind excuses and provide zero help.
Paying a premium price should come with premium support, but the service here is an absolute joke. Save your money and stay away from this brand. They’ve lost their core values and clearly don't care about their customers anymore. A massive letdown and a total waste of money. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
