Spa looks great!Pros: 1) Hot tub looks really nice and appears to be built well.2) Salesman was great with questions and changes to my order while making the purchase. 3) Salesman was very prompt in helping me fix a problem with heat probe that was not attached properly upon arrival and hot tub not starting.Cons: 1) The SpaBoy was missing the ORP probe and I needed directions on how to properly install the ORP probe which had to be shipped to me after they realized it was never shipped (no directions came with product).2) Heat probe was not attached to tubing which should have never come detached in shipping (not sure how it became detached).3) Missing Parts: not everything was installed that I ordered from factory. As mentioned above, the SpaBoy was partially installed and the Cover Lifter was never installed; they shipped it to me for installation.I would think that after spending $14,000 USD for this hot tub, everything would already be installed.
