We have always owned similar hot tubs, and this is our second one, now six years old. We experienced an intermittent flow issue with the heater pump. Although the wait for a technician was lengthy, the representative was outstanding. We scheduled a comprehensive service, and he resolved the flow issue. Additionally, he shared valuable operational insights that we hadn't known before. He was courteous and professional, instilling complete confidence in his skills. Highly recommend.
