I bought a pair of sunglasses on December 22, 2025, and they haven't been shipped yet. I've tried contacting the company several times via email but received no response. There are no other contact options available on the website — no phone number or customer support. Weeks have gone by with no shipping confirmation, tracking number, or communication. This has been incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I'm requesting an immediate refund or the shipment of my order as soon as possible. I cannot recommend this company.
