I ordered glasses and still haven't received them or any email updates. It's been 14 days with no feedback. This is really poor customer service.

Frustrating order experience

I ordered sunglasses on December 22, 2025, and they still haven't been shipped. I've tried to contact the company multiple times via email but received no response. The website lacks other contact options — no phone number, no customer support, and no chat feature. Weeks have passed since my purchase, with no shipping confirmation, tracking number, or communication. This has been very frustrating and unprofessional. I am seeking an immediate refund or prompt shipment of my order. I cannot recommend this company.

DO NOT USE! IMPORTANT REFUND INFO!

AVOID THIS COMPANY IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! I can't stress this enough! If you've already ordered, send an email requesting a refund and insist on a response within 5 days before escalating it to your bank. I did this and received a quick response and a refund after weeks of ignored emails. If they don't reply, claim your money back through your bank, credit card, or payment service and attach your emails as proof. You'll get your money back that way! Good luck, and I hope this helps!

Misleading availability information caused delays

I ordered sunglasses and waited over 10 working days. After following up via email, I was informed they had incorrectly stated the delivery time, which would actually take 1-2 months because of supplier delays. No compensation was offered for the inconvenience. While I understand that some delays are unpredictable, better customer service and realistic delivery timelines are necessary.

Delivery took much longer than promised

Delivery was supposed to take 10 days. When I inquired about my order, I was told they needed to order from the supplier, which would take 3 weeks, and they offered no solution. Very disappointing - do not order.

Regretting not heeding the warning reviews

AVOID THIS COMPANY - IT'S A SCAM!

I placed an order on December 22, 2025, and as of January 9, 2026, I still haven't received any shipping confirmation or my sunglasses. I've reached out to the company multiple times for updates but have received no response. I now suspect this company is a scam with misleading reviews. Please do not buy from them, as you will likely not receive your items. I am now forced to file a claim with my bank to get my money back, as the only contact method is an unresponsive email that only sends generic auto replies. I'm extremely frustrated since these were meant to be a gift!
