The website lacks other contact options — no phone number, no customer support, and no chat feature. Weeks have passed since my purchase, with no shipping confirmation, tracking number, or communication. This has been very frustrating and unprofessional. I am seeking an immediate refund or prompt shipment of my order. I cannot recommend this company.
AVOID THIS COMPANY IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! I can't stress this enough! If you've already ordered, send an email requesting a refund and insist on a response within 5 days before escalating it to your bank. I did this and received a quick response and a refund after weeks of ignored emails. If they don't reply, claim your money back through your bank, credit card, or payment service and attach your emails as proof. You'll get your money back that way! Good luck, and I hope this helps!
