Misleading availability information caused delays

I ordered sunglasses and waited over 10 working days. After following up via email, I was informed they had incorrectly stated the delivery time, which would actually take 1-2 months because of supplier delays. No compensation was offered for the inconvenience. While I understand that some delays are unpredictable, better customer service and realistic delivery timelines are necessary.
