I've ordered several products from this company in the past. Unfortunately, some orders were canceled without notice due to stock issues. I received refunds, but it was frustrating. More recently, I got a limited edition swimsuit that was defective. I reported it and asked for compensation for repairs, but they only offered a return and refund for an unavailable product. This is the third defective item I've received. Overall, I'm very disappointed with their service; communication is lacking, and defective products are not addressed properly.
