I purchased two swim jammers, and after just three uses, one began to fade (I have photos). This indicates they are made from low-quality fabric. The company claims on their website that the product is chlorine resistant, but this is misleading. It seems they source inexpensive items from overseas, add their logo, and sell them at a premium in the US. It's disappointing to witness such practices.

Ordering online feels like a gamble, lost packages mean lost money

Ordering online feels like a gamble; good luck if your order goes missing, as you won't receive a replacement or refund for lost packages. They only use one delivery service. The customer service is rude and unprofessional, taking a long time to respond to emails, and their replies often convey that they don't care about customers since they already have your money. I haven't received my money back.

Competition swimsuit didn't hold up

We bought a competition swimsuit that lasted only about four uses. Unfortunately, the company blamed us for its condition without examining it. It was the correct size and handled properly. We provided a photo, but they used it against us. Having been a customer for years, I know their quality has declined recently. A friend experienced the same issue. I would think twice before buying another competition swimsuit from them.

Extremely poor experience with an online order

I had a very disappointing experience with an online order. I ordered a swimsuit on October 2nd and was informed it would take 3 to 15 business days for delivery. Tracking showed it was delivered on October 31st without any notification. After multiple emails about the missing order, I requested a refund. Eventually, they claimed it was delivered and stopped responding. I didn't receive any notification or evidence of delivery, and now I have to take further action against the company. If you're in this area, avoid ordering from them online.

Frustrating service and recurring issues

I've ordered several products from this company in the past. Unfortunately, some orders were canceled without notice due to stock issues. I received refunds, but it was frustrating. More recently, I got a limited edition swimsuit that was defective. I reported it and asked for compensation for repairs, but they only offered a return and refund for an unavailable product. Unpleasant experience with the sports bra

If you want to spend 20 euros and feel embarrassed at the gym, consider purchasing the sports bra from this line. The fabric is thin and see-through, providing awful coverage and failing to hold everything in place, even with a shirt over it. A simple strip of tape around your torso would likely perform better.

Would rate zero if possible

I would give them a zero if I could. I ordered several items totaling over $150, but the jammers didn’t fit, and the quality was below expectations. I returned them, but over a month later, I still haven't received a refund. I've called and emailed multiple times, but I only get voicemail and no responses.
