I ordered a swimsuit on August 7, 2025, expecting delivery in 5-8 business days. Over two weeks later, it hasn't shipped. When I inquired, I received vague replies about 'availability' and 'quality checks' that were never mentioned before. They sold me an out-of-stock item, took my money immediately, and failed to ship on time. Their evasive responses instead of solutions are unacceptable. I will report this to the Consumer Protection Authority and my bank. Be cautious—customer service does not address issues, just deflects them.
